 Start location to be advised

The biggest event on the PCC calendar is back again for 2020 - the PCC Rally.

Registrations now closed for this event

This year's rally is on October 17 and 18, and as with previous years, is a mildly competitive (but hugely fun) observation/navigation rally to an overnight mystery destination, open to all 2020 financial members.

All rally spots are now full. If you haven't registered, but would like to have a waitlist spot, please email the club here

This year, the rally will feature:

  • Fun and interesting observation questions as you travel
  • 'Competitions within the competition' meaning there will be prizes up for grabs other than the grand champion winner
  • En route photo challenges - gain points for photos you take and submit during the event
  • 'Average' timing scoring - gain points for arriving closest to the average time for the stage
  • Accommodation and Saturday night dinner included
  • Maybe even one of Ray's trivia competitions!

COVID clause: At time of writing, we can still conduct this event.  There may be some restrictions compared to previous years (we may not be able to gather as a group before dinner for instance).  There is a risk that Government restrictions on travel, dining or other things may change prior to the event.

Please note you may cancel your participation at any time up to 7 October and you will receive a full refund: after that time, any refund will depend on committed accommodation costs the club incurs.  However, should the club decide to cancel the whole event due to new COVID-related travel, gathering or other restrictions, or for other reasons, the club will announce such cancellation no later than 15 October and full refunds will be paid.

***REGISTRATIONS DUE BY COB FRIDAY 18 SEPTEMBER***

Registrations
Registration is open to all 2020 financial members and their families. Use the form at the link below to register - your registration is not final until you have paid. There is no penalty for cancellation up until 7 October (part or full registration fee may be refundable from 8 October depending on the costs incurred by the club after that date).

We expect to be able to accept registrations up until available accommodation is exhausted, or COVID venue capacity is reached. Entry is on a first come, first served basis.

Accommodation
We have two venues - Venue 1 (where dinner will be held and where we have most rooms) and a secondary venue (Venue 2) just a couple of minutes down the road.

Venue 1: all rooms are DOUBLE and have private bathrooms.

Venue 2: all rooms are TWIN and have SHARED bathrooms. (There may be some additional double rooms with shared bathrooms at venue 2 depending on availability).

There is off-street parking available at both venues.

If you don't indicate a preference you will be allocated a double room in Venue 1, until all rooms are exhausted.
If you need FAMILY accommodation, you will be allocated two rooms in Venue 2. There is an additional charge for up to two extra passengers per car.

PLEASE register early - especially if you have a strong venue preference!

We will maintain a wait list for registrations that arrive after we're booked out - those on the wait list will be offered a spot if any become available in the order of registration.

Cost: $300 per car/couple. Add $150 for first extra passenger, $50 for second extra passenger.

Organisers: Kirsti McQueen and David Brudenall (2019 winners)
